Historic renovation to this urban setting included participation in the National Park Service’s Historic Preservation Tax Credit Incentives program. Removed historically inappropriate front addition from one of Chattanooga’s oldest and most graceful buildings, and restored the original Market Street façade. Reopened interior of space to reveal the open expanse of beautiful and warm wood trusses throughout the 1877 building.
