Renovation of three pre-Choo-Choo warehouse buildings, locally known as the Nick’s Liquor building, into a 5000 sf office, 4000 sf retail storefront space on Market Street, and 18 apartments in the heart of downtown Chattanooga’s southside neighborhood.
