This 6.5 acre Mixed-Use development on the rapidly developing North Shore has been designed to conceptually bridge the architecture of the old Chattanooga manufacturing warehouses with today’s modern technologies. Using green design strategies, this project offers an environment that fosters a sense of community for the surrounding neighborhood while setting the pace for future development in the North Shore.

Plans are to obtain LEED-CS certification are currently underway; the first of it’s kind in Chattanooga.
